Time & Chaos (32-bit) is one of the most powerful Personal Information Managers available, complete with an integrated ToDo list, Contact Manager, Calendar, and Diary.
You can track appointments, things to do, and people you contact (both business and personal). And you can see everything on one screen. If you need to concentrate on a particular area, just right-click to choose to zoom and you are instantly full-screen. You can easily create appointments and ToDos by dragging a name from your phonebook and dropping it into the right area. The calendar can display display daily, weekly and monthly views.
The program has one of the most powerful phonebook in its class because in addition to placing voice calls through your TAPI dialer, it can also let you launch faxes and e-mails in Microsoft Exchange. You can also store WWW addresses and have your default Web browser take you right to that site. You can send an appointment request, a ToDo item, or a phonebook listing to any other Time and Chaos user on your network. It will integrate with other software like Microsoft Word for mail merges (letters, mailing labels, and envelopes), Microsoft Excel for advanced report formatting and functions, and Microsoft Briefcase and other synchronization tools for tranferring data folders between locations.
You can print telephone and address books, ToDos, a variety of reports, and daily, weekly and monthly calendars. You can also publish your calendars, address and telephone books, etc. as HTML documents.
